Founded in early 1993 by Mark Blainey, Warrior Promotions was born from a shared passion for festivals, music, and motorcycles. What began as an informal collective of like-minded individuals quickly evolved into a trusted name in event management, promotions, and security services for the live events industry.
From humble beginnings—transforming greenfield sites into fully licensed event spaces—the team successfully hosted events that welcomed over 250,000 guests. Their collaborative spirit, creative energy, and commitment to working constructively with licensing authorities earned them a growing reputation and demand from others seeking their expertise. This momentum led to the formal establishment of Warrior Promotions.
As Mark’s influence grew within the music industry as a Music Agent and Brand Manager, so too did the company’s reach. Warrior Promotions has since supported some of the UK’s most iconic venues, events, and artists, delivering services with professionalism, discretion, and heart.

A key highlight of Paul’s career was his involvement in the London 2012 Olympic Games, where he worked across multiple venues in varied security roles. As the founder and former Managing Director of Warrior Promotions Ltd, Mark has played a pivotal role in shaping high-standard security operations across the UK and beyond.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mark has served as a preferred contractor and Personal Protection Officer (PPO) for globally recognized artists, major events, and iconic national venues. His expertise spans risk management, licensing compliance, and building enduring client relationships—skills that have made him a trusted name in the industry.
Specialising in event security and management, including close protection, Mark has safeguarded numerous high-net-worth individuals, particularly within the music and entertainment industries. His portfolio includes security oversight for theaters, municipal buildings, arts venues, and national festivals.
Now semi-retired from day-to-day operations, Mark continues to consult and deploy through Warrior Promotions Ltd while also leading risk management and guarding strategies for a prominent global manufacturing brand based in the UK.
